Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or are missing original packaging
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Personal care or hygiene-related products, when applicable
• Items returned without prior authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Return Shipping
