Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-demand periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and product availability.

Most orders are delivered within 5–12 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any active shipping promotion will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Oak Daily is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@oakdaily.com.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

Oak Daily is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
